I actually decided on cosplaying Bob Ross while I was out looking for a mask for a different cosplay and my mom pointed out how this one afro wig just screamed Bob Ross. That was pretty much all it took for me to change plans and buy the wig instead, the rest came together pretty quickly afterwards. The responses from the people at Senshicon were amazing, so many people wanted to take pictures and as I was walking through the vendor hall I was stopped pretty often so people could tell me how they would watch Bob Ross’s show to help them get to sleep or how they would visit their grandparents and see him on TV. I think a lot of people were happy to see me and I’m glad I was to be able to bring that joy to the con. Also fun was being cheered on at the cosplay dance later that night while dancing with my paint brush in the middle of a big circle of cosplay. That was a party haha.
