I used to use notebooks, but I found that it wasn’t flexible enough given I make cosplays for two people, some that span years.
My binder has space for coupons, a section for each costume, sleeves for reference pics, blank sheets for breaking down outfits, and lined paper for shopp i ng lists and accounting.
